According to this article that I reblog from BelTa, following a news from the Russian Agency TASS, the Russian design bureau VR-Technologies, part of the company Russian Helicopters, which is also under the direction of Rostec Corporation, a Russian State Corporation, developed a unique model and put it in test flights in 2015. No date of commercialisation is mentioned nor price in order to offer an alternative to the 72 Million $ a piece Bell Boeing model which started to flight for the US Marine and the US Air Force in 2008 :

Though, the technical concept of a convertiplane is not new but came to maturity only in the recent years when after 20 years (1988-2008) and 20 Billion $ of investment, the mechanical designs required to succeed in this industrial project were all achieved, allowing the American companies Bell and Boeing, associated in the project, to supply their first models of the V-22 Osprey to their national Defence customers.
But in fact, the first ever attempt of a convertiplane came from the Soviet Union during the 1960’s with the Kamov Ka-22 which eventually came to an end after several crashes and casualties.
